   Welcome to our web site, and thank you for taking the time to learn
more about my firm.

   I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1988.
I have practiced in Denton County for many years and have a great
working relationship with the Criminal District Attorney's Office, as
well as other attorneys in Denton County.

   I supervised the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fort
Worth office responsible for the prosecution of ALR cases in a region
stretching from Fort Worth north to Gainesville and west as far as
Vernon and Abilene. As a result of my former employment with DPS,
I am highly specialized in Administrative License Revocations.

   My broad range of experience includes working in the Special
Crimes Division of the Harris County District Attorney's office
assisting in the prosecution of white-collar crimes and drug forfeitures.
These experiences helped develop my aggressive style in representing
criminal defense clients and prepared me for accurately pin-pointing
the weaknesses in the State's cases which has proven invaluable for
many of my criminal defense clients. Being a Texas native, I
understand the intricacies of the Texas Criminal System.

   I have worked in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal
injury, worker's compensation and civil related issues over the years.
In 2005 I devoted my practice entirely to criminal defense and I am
loving it. I practice in Denton, Collin, Dallas, Tarrant and Cooke
Counties.
